Summer 2017 Recap (Part II)

I did not realize how much things I was able to do this summer.  I am truly grateful to be able to do so much and with so many lovely people.  I cannot thank my boyfriend enough for all these opportunity.

One of the last thing I was able to enjoy was a Family Trip/Vacation with my boyfriend's family.  We went to a Petting Zoo in a place we could not get any signal.  We head out to America's Largest Water Park Mount Olympus!  We stay there for a few days.  And yes as you guess, I will be making a separate post for this as well.  

 Just an photo I took from the petting zoo.  They walk around so freely.  Peacocks are amazing, their colors is just so bright and beautiful.  

 We went on the Ducks, touring the Wisconsin River.  It was so nice, our host was funny and made the ride so much more fun. 

 You have to go on the go-cart if you're going anywhere they offer it.  It is fun to ride and beat other riders.  If you're not competitive, just ride at your own pace.

 I did not take any pictures at all while we were at the water park.  I just enjoy the time with everybody.  It was troublesome to be carrying my phone while I'm in the water as well.  Plus most phones are not waterproof, neither are any of my cameras.  

The most troublesome thing over this summer was working on my boyfriend's car.  Purchase some new headlights and they did not work out for the car.  It was a pain trying to get the new headlights to work.  We then again purchase new headlights and those did not do the trick either.  We were pretty frustrated at this point.  Finally go new headlights and we are going to install them over the weekend, did a lot of research and hopefully these new ones work because they were expensive.  Over the summer we also installed a new front bumper, back bumper, and new sides.  We tinted his car windows and worst luck.  The front big one crack so we had to replace it with a new window.  Now debating if we should also tint it or just leave it as it is.  

What is summer without ice cream?  The hot humid weather calls for ice cream and beach.  Did not get the beach but I did get the ice cream.  

Push Pop is a classic to enjoy all year round.  It taste the best when you share it with someone. 

 What is your favorite ice cream flavor?  Mine, if you cannot tell is strawberry.  Strawberry everything!  This is the so famous Thai ice cream roll.  Found it all my local mall.  

 I love banana and nuts on my ice cream.  No I did not eat all of this by myself, my boyfriend took a few bites too.  

 Found the best combo for ice cream roll.  It taste sweet and tart and together in my mouth makes me the most happiest person on earth.  It is strawberry and kiwi mix ice cream.  The topping were, as you can see, raspberry, kiwi, and whip cream. I'm not a whip cream fan, I don't hate it, but I do not really enjoy it either. 

What happens during the summer time?  Festivals and fireworks of course.  I do not like festivals but I do like fireworks.  Went to the local fair that comes a week during Independence week.  This year firework show was the best of the best.  Last year the weather did not allow it.  I believed the year before that it also rain and I was super disappointed.  The only thing I really look forward too and it didn't happen.  This year definitely made up for it!  Check out this short clip of a short view of the fireworks.
